1. Basic Phlebotomy 20 hours (weekend classes) $600.00
2. Advance Didactic 20 hours (weekend classes) $600
3. Clinical Externship 40 hours (weekdays) $700
4. National Exam- Apply on line: www.nhanow.com and submit payment $129.
5. All students need to contact Wagner Training Institute Inc. 800 845-8353 for an appointment to complete this process. Your fee of $154.49 to the State will need to be paid by Credit or Debit Card. 

*Due to insurance liability, unless prior notification is provided at the time of enrollment, all students will need to complete the clinical hours through Wagner Training Institute, Inc.
